Bath Time

These trees are right outside our apartments, and every time I drive by I am amazed at how stunning they are!! I love that the branches are heavy with blossoms. How lovely would it be to have a tea party under these branches?

Locally

Last weekend we all got up early and headed out to our local farmers market. A lovely day to walk around and enjoy all the different things the vender's were offering. We shared a cinnamon roll:) and got some fresh flowers... ahh... if only every saturday were so quaint!

Ground Hogs

I've mentioned before my love of ground hogs. Over the weekend we spotted one looking around outside his home. I consider this a love note from God, He is fun and loving and just when I'm not expecting it He surprises me with this sweet gift:) Keep your eyes open for all the different ways God is saying 'I love you'.

Mother + Son

Words can't really describe how thankful I am for this new relationship I'm in... This new role as 'Mother', it is hard, unexpectedly hard, but I love him and would go through many hardships for him.

Green Grass!

We have been enjoying some beautiful weather lately!! This past weekend we had a chance to get out as a family, and oh what fun we had. (mostly watching Liam explore the green grass!) Liam was a little unsure of it at first, but in the end I think he quite liked it, he does love to be outside. Check out all his teeth in the last picture!! (he has four now:)

Manly Fun

Whenever we go down to Matthews parents, Matthew has a great time working outside. Mainly chopping down trees, and burning things. I enjoy it too, but not so much as he does. It's a great way to be out in nature while also getting stuff done! These photos and the ones from the previous post 'Hike' were all taken on his parents property.

Music boy

We have recently discovered that Liam loves anything that makes music/noise. He especially loves the guitar and will sit at Matthew's feet for ages watching, bobbing and squealing with delight. If he can see the guitar in the room somewhere, that is his only focus and is determined to get his hands on it however he can. Liam is blessed to have a not only a musical dad, but a very talented one! His mum on the other hand is not so musical and is happy to see her son taking after his dad in this particular area:) Here are some pictures of Liam making a joyful noise unto the Lord. We pray that He might use all His gifts to glorify His Father in Heaven!!

Ready

TO EAT! Liam is loving his food lately, especially all the orange foods. Sweet potatoes, squash, carrots, peaches and nectarines. His nose and cheeks have started to turn a little orange!!
