Thanksgiving Two
On friday night we celebrated again with the Chase side of the family. We are incredibly blessed with so many loved ones to celebrate with. Liam and Grandpa, the youngest and oldest Chase, were matching in their red plaid shirts.
Grandma & Ana :)
Chip & Sharon
The Iverson Clan.
Martha & Ian.
After dinner we all went out side and lit a bon fire. It was a HUGE fire, when it was first lit the flames reach up to and probably over 20-30ft! We stood around and warmed our selves, being careful not to burn ourselves. What a wonderful evening, if only the whole family could have been together... But we are thankful for what the Lord has given us here and now, and for where He has called different members of the family to be. We know He is glorified through their lives.
There are a few other photos I wanted to share, but were shot in a weird format and I'm having trouble uploading them?? I'm gonna try and figure it out.

Surprise date!
Last week Matthew surprised me by organizing a surprise date for me. I thought I was going over to a friends house for lunch, when out of the corner of my eye I see Matthew! (at 12 o'clock he is normally at work) He whisks me off and we're gone, driving up the highway and on our way to D.C. (Liam is safe and sound with our sweet friend who had offered to watch him for the day:) We spent a wonderful afternoon walking around D.C., something I had never done before. I loved seeing all the monuments and memorials, even more though, I loved being alone with Matthew. It was a special time, especially knowing how hard Matthew had worked to make it happen.
:: These beautiful photos were all taken by Matthew, a wonderful photographer and an amazing husband. Tomorrow I'll share part 2 of our date! ::

Carving Pumpkins
I think the pictures by them selves tell the story well enough, I just wanted to say I had SO much fun carving pumkins. I had never carved a pumkin before this, but from now on will definatly be making it a habit. We carved these pumkins to welcome home J.D & Teresa. A total of 11 pumkins! :: Thanks to Matthew for all these great photos ::

Hanging with the boys.
Our stay with the Patton's was so much fun. I think alot of that fun came about from hanging with these wonderful boys. Daniel and Drew. We went on hikes together...
Rode in the awesome Mini Van together, sometimes watching movies! and sometimes chatting the whole way...
They built these incredibly difficult mazes' for us to solve, I was definately stumped more than once...
Ofcourse Drew kept us all entertained with his silly faces, Liam especially enjoyed these...
And we almost daily had the privilege of listening to Daniels violin, he has a gift! I know we are going to miss them alot. Thanks boys for helping to make our stay so much fun.
